We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons such as spring and summer. Availability may be limited for last-minute requests but if we can make it happen, we would absolutely love to!

Yes! Bloom Society provides all floral materials, styling and on-site setup for your selected experience. Our team manages the design, preparation and breakdown as needed. The only exception is when booking an "equipment only" Bloom Bar with us.

Bloom Society is based in Chicago and serves the surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

Guest capacity depends on the selected experience: Petite Bloom Experience — up to 12 guests Signature Bloom Bar — typically 12-35 guests Grand Bloom Experience — 35+ guests (customized)

Absolutely — Bloom Society is perfect for experiential activations, team events, and creative corporate gatherings.

Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated if communicated at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Changes after this period may be subject to additional fees.

Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your event date and preparation time.
